What it is like here
Most of what the group sells is expertise that takes years to build. That shapes how we hire: we would rather train someone into a discipline and keep them than churn through contractors.
It also means the work is real. Surveying crews are on site at dawn. Facility teams carry the on-call phone. Fit-out joinery is made in our own workshop rather than bought in. If you want the kind of job where you can point at what you did, this is that kind of group.
