Responsibility

Four commitments the group holds every operating company to. They are drawn from what those companies already publish in their own words — not written over the top of them.

  1. 01

    Safety

Nobody's job is worth an injury.

Compass Civil states it plainly: prioritising the well-being of our workforce and stakeholders. Site safety is a condition of working here, not a policy document — it governs method statements, equipment, and the right of anyone on site to stop work.

    • Safety prioritised for workforce and stakeholders
    • Compliance with local regulations and international standards
    • Certified engineers and technicians on regulated works
  2. 02

    Sustainability

The greenest asset is the one that lasts.

Across the group, sustainability shows up as longevity rather than slogans. Facility management extends asset life and lowers consumption by default; waterproofing means eco-friendly, low-VOC systems that last; civil works means building infrastructure responsibly for future generations.

    • Extended asset life and lower consumption as a default
    • Eco-friendly, low-VOC coatings systems
    • Eco-friendly practices and materials incorporated in every civil project
    • Energy management as a facility management service line
  3. 03

    Quality

    Done correctly, first time.

The group's standard is that work holds up without supervision. Every measurement holds. Every cable is labelled and every config documented. Top-notch standards in every project — stated, and then checked at handover rather than asserted in a brochure.

    • Accuracy as the whole product, not a tolerance
    • Documented systems handed over, not just delivered
    • Consistent performance, project after project
  4. 04

    People

    Skilled teams, kept.

Most of what the group sells is expertise that takes years to build — surveyors, geodetic engineers, applicators, technicians and joiners. Retaining them, training them and giving them work worth staying for is a commercial necessity as much as an ethical one.

    • Skilled and experienced technical teams across every trade
    • In-house joinery and fabrication rather than subcontracted labour
    • Technical training and partnership offered to clients' teams too

What we do not claim

This page sets out commitments, not audited results.

The group does not publish group-wide emissions figures, safety statistics or certification numbers, because reporting them accurately across ten companies is work we have not finished.

Certifications and project records that do exist sit with the operating company that holds them, and are available on request.

Ask us for the detail

Prequalification packs, method statements, certifications and insurance details are held by each operating company. Tell us which company and which project, and we will get them to you.
